Placing Orders

There's no need to create an account for placing an order.

If you want to order an item from, click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product detail page, after configuring it's details. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket you can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the Shopping Basket button at the right top of every page of our website.

Take a moment to review the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You'll be taken to the first page of the checkout process.

Tell us where you'd like your order delivered. Please make be sure to give the full address that you'd like the order delivered to, including postcode. This doesn't have to be your home address.

Order Processing

After placing an order the unique order number (UID) is generated, which uniquely identifies the request. This number is required to make payment for the goods ordered, and is helpful in dealing with Customer Service and to track realisation process for Your order using "Check Your Order" feature on website.

After placing an order Customer receives order confirmation email including order details and unique order number (UID).

At times, products or colors are discontinued or placed on backorder by the various manufacturers with whom we work. We will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any backorders.

We put Your order into production immediately after you complete your online order. Unless there is a delay in placing your order because we need additional information from you or need to clear technical issues with You or waiting for clear payment.

We reserve the right to reject any order, at our discretion.

Shippings and Delivery time

We offer shipping via parcel service company. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.

Shipping costs are paid by Customer.

Final cost for shipping is specified in "Basket" while adding items.

Different types of window treatments require different manufacturing times. For the fastest delivery, we ship each product to you as soon as it is ready. That way, you'll have your order as soon as possible. Manufacturing takes up to 21 days.

From the date of placing an order. This time can be extended by time for clearing payments + shipping that takes up to 5 working days.

On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, when the manufacturer contacts us you will be contacted as soon as circumstances appear. itself disclaims any delays in shipping caused by parcel service company or caused by mistaken shipping address specified by Customer.

If you're paying with Paypal Your order is put into production immidiately.

All orders paid by bank transfer will require a holding period of up to 7 working days to clear before the order will be put into production. After this time orders with uncleared period are canceled.

Returns and Warranty

Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, it's not possible to return it. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order.

We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use on delivery and for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will ask you to follow the instructions for returning the Product that we will provide you, and we will take one of the following actions:

  • replace the Product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the Product you purchased;
  • repair the Product;
  • refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of the Product.

Due to technological advances and Product availability the replacement Product may differ slightly and may have a lower selling price from the original Product you purchased.

Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we won't be able to do so. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
